Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1. Applicability

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders. When placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions below. These conditions respect the rights of consumers arising from the law or the sales contract.

Article 2. Offers/agreements

All prices are without obligation. Price changes are permitted, provided that they are stated beforehand. An agreement only comes about after acceptance of your order. If an order cannot be accepted, you will be informed within 7 days from the day of ordering.

Article 3. Prices and payments

The prices stated for the products and services offered are in Euros, including the VAT rate applicable in the Netherlands. There are several payment options: * At pick-up in practice : cash / pin * At home delivery : payment in advance. If the price for the offered product increases in the period between the order and its execution, you are entitled to cancel the order within 2 working days after notification of the price increase.

Article 4. Delivery

The product you ordered will be delivered as soon as possible. Due to the extensive stock, delivery from the moment of payment is in principle possible within 2 working days. When the product is in backorder, this unfortunately cannot be realized: you will find the product under sold out. If you need an article urgently, you can always call or email to be sure that 48-hour delivery can be realized. Pick up is even faster.

If due to circumstances a delivery time within 7 working days cannot be realized, you will be informed as soon as possible and at the latest within these 7 working days. You are not entitled to compensation, but can of course cancel your order. The delivery of the products will take place at the address indicated by you.

Article 5. Retention of title

The ownership of delivered products is only transferred when you have fulfilled your payment obligations.

Article 6. Complaints and liability

You have the obligation to examine upon delivery whether the product(s) meets the agreement and your requirements. If this is not the case, you may return the product(s) by using the form provided.

In case of manufacturing defects, Dogfysion Kamerik has the choice to replace the product concerned with a new product or refund the invoice value thereof, within 14 days. Invoice value means the cost of the product and shipping costs from Dogfysion to customer.

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, the invoice value of your first order will be deducted from your second order.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return the product, provided it is undamaged, in its original undamaged packaging and, if applicable, with tags attached, within 14 days. Air-filled items cannot be exchanged. The cost of shipping is at your expense. For returns, shipping with Track and Trace is mandatory. The invoice value of your order will be credited within 14 days.

Article 7. Orders/communication

For misunderstanding, delays or improper transmission of order details and communications resulting from the use of Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between you and Dogfysion, Dogfysion is only liable to the extent of intent or gross negligence on its part.

Article 8. Personal data

The data provided by you will be recorded in a file. This data will only be used for the execution of your order and in connection therewith made available to third parties. Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 9. Disputes

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
